We will accept payments by personal check or Money order payable to HomeSpun Elements, but prefer payment through Paypal or our secure credit card processing option. Please note that items will be shipped upon approval / clearing of payment through our financial institution. If you would like to place your order by phone, fax, or by emailing me, you may also do so. If ordering items via the online shopping cart option, please make sure to double check your order for correct quantity, item, etc. Please note that customers living in Ohio, will be charged Ohio Sales Tax.

Your items will be shipped by United States Postal Service.
*We accept international orders and I will contact you with the shipping charge for your items upon order placement.

I will ship items on Mondays, and Fridays and contact you when your order has been processed and shipped. I will provide free delivery confirmation. You may purchase up to $50 of insurance for $1.30 if you choose. I will take great care when packaging and preparing your items for shipment, but please note that I will not be responsible for items lost or damaged during shipment. I do not charge Handling charges for my items shipped. Your items will be shipped as soon as possible, and I will contact you with expected time frame for shipment upon order placement. If it is an item that we have in stock, as soon as payment clears (usually 3 days). If item purchased is a handcrafted item that we make from scratch or personalize please allow at least 7-14 days from order date. Please note that due to the handmade and custom nature of our business, refunds will not be given. Sales are final!
